Amazing toast sandwich. I ordered avocado egg toast, and classic pancakes. It was delicious Must try!! One should go before 12.30-1pm coz they can get sold out soon.

Ordered from them for the first time today. We got their biscoff cookie and berry mini pancakes. So good! We also got their bacon toast & Chicken special as well. Everything was delicious and freshly made. Tasty food! They also threw in some Hi Chew candies (my fave) in our DoorDash order.

The Bite is a good truck. The Korean egg sandwiches were delicious. We had the the Bulgogi sausage one. We had the Nutella pancakes as well. They were really good.

Update: still an amazing sandwich that I cannot recommend enough. Got a photo of my husband's sandwich finally, he gets the hash brown egg toast but replaces the ham with sausage and I still get the avocado egg toast. We also get their original mini pancakes when we're feeling something sweet. Best breakfast sandwiches in our books! Original review: I got the avocado egg toast and my husband got the hashbrown egg toast. We were both hungry so I didn't get a photo of his before he started eating, but oh my goodness. This was the most perfect breakfast sandwich ever. It was absolutely packed with food and we were full afterwards. I definitely recommend.

This is a hidden gem in Fairbanks for sure, fast friendly and affordable, and the food is out of this world delicious. Side note I peeked inside and it is the cleanest kitchen I have ever seen. Will definitely be back!!!!!

Amazing Gem here in FBX, every sammich is delicious favorite as of late is the chicken special. Don't forget to grab the mini pancakes too for dessert. The amount of restraint to take this photo before being devoured was epic.
